FORD I LINCOLN
LINCOLN CLUSTER VISUAL EXPERIENCE
This is what is out in the market. A daily example of what I have worked with and I have been part of.
Real user experience inside the vehicle.
FORD F-150 2021
DRIVER SCREEN: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
Worked in this project from scratch from wireframe development, testing and prototyping to final graphic implementation.
My primarily role was as a Visual UX Designer.
It is not only how it looks, how a gauge should change positions while it modifies its size, or how a 3D rendering should update in real time with the vehicle. All of it sounds ideal... But that is a vision that only comes into reality when you work hand in hand with the software developers.
Working through this projects taught me valuable experiences on how to merge creative thinking with feasible solutions.
FORD EXPLORER 2020
DRIVER SCREEN & HEADS UP DISPLAY
I was involved in the testing, prototyping and final graphic implementation. My primarily role was as a Visual UX Designer.
When you are driving in normal mode, and then change to sport mode but suddenly, if it starts to rain you change it to slippery mode...
These are all called Drive Modes and in order to visually communicate the engine changes to the user
Background, icons, gauges, animations & colors need to be designed specifically for each category expressing feeling, mood and implicit purpose of the mode.
